We are looking for a brilliant Part Time Bartender to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional team at El Pastor in Kings Cross, London

El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heritage corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. We are proud to have been awarded a Star by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. This ethos is felt by our teams, they understand the journey of the ingredients and how important they are to the dishes they serve. The Bartender Role

• Experience working in a quality bar serving and preparing a great range of drinks
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Have confident and warm communication with team and guests
• Exceeding guests’ expectations at all time
• Good knowledge of our drink’s menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
• Positive and welcoming personality
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own career development is a must
