Empire is looking to add a host/hostess to their team!
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an upbeat and friendly personality to work the host stand at Empire. The ideal candidate will excel at creating an outstanding first impression on guests as they enter the venue, setting the standard for service high. All applicants should be naturally passionate about hospitality and excited to exceed guest expectations. Desirable contenders will be great multitaskers, well spoken and hyper aware of their surroundings. We are looking for someone who plans ahead and is not afraid to offer any support deemed necessary to keep the floor running smoothly.
Who We Are:
Empire Restaurant & Lounge is the Seaport “Innovation” District’s first Asian locale, located in
the heart of Fan Pier. Empire transports you into the mystics of Asia with its stunning Imperial Chinese meets contemporary Asian ambiance. The sleek, modern space is designed to give guests an old world feel with a touch of Hong Kong mystery. Empire’s extensive menu is a vibrant array of Asian favorites and delicacies, ranging from the innovative and new to the beloved and traditional. The menu ranges from sushi and noodles, to wok dishes, steak, and lamb. Empire is a Big Night Entertainment Group concept.

What You Will Do:
Responsibilities of a host/hostess include but are not limited to: building guest loyalty, resolving service problems, answering phone calls, processing take out orders, greeting and seating guests, managing flow of the restaurant, and monitoring reservations system.
