ENDO is the new ten seat omakase counter from third generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi, the chef behind the Michelin starred Endo at The Rotunda. It opened in October 2026 in a Chelsea townhouse, in partnership with Creative Restaurant Group. Inspired by the Tokyo sushi counters of the 1920s and 1930s, guests sit at a 200 year old hinoki counter from Kyoto for Endo’s most traditional menu yet. We’re looking for talented people to join our small team and grow with us in our first months.
The Role
We’re recruiting at Waiter/Waitress or Head Waiter level, depending on your experience. You will be at the heart of the ENDO experience. You’ll offer calm, warm and knowledgeable service to just ten guests each sitting, so every detail matters. With such an intimate room, we work as one team: front of house, kitchen and Chef Endo together, delivering an experience like no other in London.
At Head Waiter level, you’ll also lead each service on the floor, guide and support the team, and act as the main point of contact for guests and the kitchen throughout the evening.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake and tea, and build a lasting career in fine dining.
What You’ll Be Doing
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a fine dining, Michelin starred or luxury hotel restaurant is essential for this role. Head Waiter applicants should have experience leading a section or team. With only ten seats, we’re looking for people who enjoy slowing down, reading the room and making each evening feel personal.
You will need:
Salary: Competitive, based on experience, plus benefits
Why Join Us?
At Creative Restaurant Group, we want people to build careers, not simply fill roles. You will learn alongside one of the world’s most respected sushi masters and an experienced hospitality team. As your skills develop, you’ll have genuine opportunities to progress into supervisory and management positions.
Bring your care, curiosity and attention to detail to ENDO, and help us deliver an experience like no other in London.
Note: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK without corporate sponsorship.
