Position: Chef de Partie Maitre D'

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Chef de Partie Maitre D' who embodies the essence of exceptional hospitality. This role is about delivering the highest standards of service with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances that define the guest experience at ENDO. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Chef Endo and the entire front-of-house staff to ensure every guest feels welcomed and leaves with a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations: Lead front-of-house service with warmth, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their dining experience.
• Service Excellence: Maintain Michelin-level standards by ensuring impeccable attention to detail in guest interaction, service flow, and the presentation of dishes.
• Operations Management: Oversee the smooth coordination of service from arrival to departure, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
• Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen team to synchronize service and deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Atmosphere Control: Manage ambiance, including guest pacing and dining room environment, ensuring that it enhances the overall dining experience.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior front-of-house staff, fostering a cohesive team atmosphere where everyone strives for excellence.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Maitre D' or Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
• Knowledge of Japanese dining culture and ‘Omotenashi’ (Japanese hospitality).
• Experience in French or Spanish fine dining is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively in a fine dining setting.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service and crafting unforgettable dining experiences.
• Ability to work in the UK legally.
