MOVIN’ — WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a District Manager, you’ll oversee 6+ restaurants with about 175 team members and an average of $1.8M in annual district revenue.
You’ll guide Restaurant Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences, strong operations, and profitable growth.

  • Translate overall business strategy into daily execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers

  • Lead and motivate a team of Restaurant Managers to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction

  • Ensure restaurants are properly staffed, trained, and following all brand standards

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor future leaders

  • Create a positive and supportive culture across your district

  • Lead by example, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships

  • Build a guest-first, people-first culture that makes employees want to stay and grow

  • Base salary $66,300 (review after training)

  • Bonus potential $20,000+

  • $900 per year phone allowance

WINNIN’ — WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of multi-unit or senior-level restaurant/retail leadership experience

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A people-first mindset with the ability to inspire and coach leaders

  • Proven ability to build positive culture, trust, and retention

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills

  • Guest-focused with exceptional time management and problem-solving skills

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

  • College degree preferred (not required)

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
