What is 'The Chef Academy'?
A 60-week programme offering the opportunity for our chefs to experience the journey of food from field to plate. Each one of our apprentice chefs is paired with a more senior chef to mentor and guide them.
What areas will I get to experience?
Will I get a qualification?
Yes! You'll be able to gain a Level 2 Commis Chef in Practical Cooking qualification - in conjunction with HIT Training
What happens when the programme ends?
Our goal is to ensure you become a knowledgeable and full-rounded chef, meaning you can find the right position within one of our talented teams!
