Farm Shop Manager - Farm Shop Mayfair

45 hours per week, working Tuesday - Saturday

Up to £50,000 per year DOE 

The Role

As Farm Shop Manager you will be leading by an example, get the best out of your team and ensure that the expectations of our guest experience are reached in every aspect of their visit, so that they leave feeling enriched and engaged in our ethos. Working closely with the team and liaising with the other management will help to create the best experience for both guests and the team.

What success looks like…

• Inspire the team to consistently provide an exceptional guest experience through the delivery of our Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring that every guest enjoys a magical experience and wants to return. 
• Develop and promote a culture of effective communication throughout the team and across departments. 
• Manage budget,  implement the retail strategy, policies and procedures in order to achieve the desired budgets and margins. 
• Recruit, train, develop, manage and retain a successful team, ensuring that we bring out the best in our people. 
• Maintain and promote a safe working environment by ensuring that you and your team are adhering to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire & Evacuation procedures, and Licensing Laws.
• Take ownership of your personal development and drive the development of your team through training programmes, coaching and mentoring. 

What makes a brilliant Farm Shop Manager?

• 5+ years in Luxury Retail 
• Proven experience of managing day-to-day retail operations 
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of retail trends and seasonal demands
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and organise work to tight deadlines
• Ability to coach and support our team
