Farmer J - General Manager

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic General Manager to join our expanding farm-ily! 

As a General Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day running of restaurants operations, delivering amazing food and excellent customer service. You'll lead a high-performing team and set the standards for others to follow. 

What's in it for our General Managers?

• Salary between £40,500 - £45,000 (based on experience and location).
• 25% quarterly bonus up to 60%, based on performance and KPIs.
• Daily food allowance during shifts with unlimited coffee.

• You will never work on your birthday, and you will be paid for it!

What you'll do:

• Managing, leading and inspiring the Restaurant team to provide an excellent high quality delicious food and a superb customer service, consistently.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop new and current team members.
• Be responsible for the business performance of your restaurant. 
• Ensure your restaurant is safe, legal and compliant by delievring the highest of food safety and health & safety standards at all times.
