Your Role
To be the ultimate host, you will build genuine and meaningful relationships with our regular customers and create a memorable experience for first-time customers. You will assist customers by recommending foods, providing samples of meats and cheeses, cutting, weighing, packaging, and pricing meats and cheeses, and responding to customer inquiries and requests.
You’ll be surrounded by a team with a creative flair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn and grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team and the community.
Experience in a similar role would be great, but if you have the passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences then you can count on us to show you the rest.

Farm Shop Somerset is a community farm shop which celebrates the best growers, farmers, makers and artisans its area has to offer. Inspired by Durslade Farm’s fresh and seasonal produce which was only shared with Roth Bar, it was created to share this harvest more widely, from meat and fruit to vegetables and foraged finds. It promotes and shares local talent, supporting small projects with big futures and working with established ones to create special products that can only be found there. The team believes in building long-lasting relationships and are always looking for like-minded partners to support and stock.
