We’re looking for a Talent Manager to join our People Team, playing a key role in attracting and hiring the very best talent across Fazenda.
This is a field-based role requiring a minimum of 1 day per week at Head Office (Huddersfield) and 2–3 days per week supporting sites across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll take ownership of recruitment for business-critical roles, support restaurant teams with team member hiring, and lead recruitment activity for new site openings including planning, recruitment days and talent attraction strategies.

Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the confidence to work closely with Operations
Flexibility to travel and support sites across the business
