F&B Assistant (Breakfast)

Temple Bar Hotel Dublin is seeking a Waiter/Waitress (Breakfast) to join our team at our unique four-star property, located in the heart of the city.

You will report to Breakfast Supervisor and Director of F&B. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth breakfast operation while delivering a memorable and seamless experience for all guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

·       Welcoming guests warmly and provide efficient and friendly service.

·       Monitoring the breakfast area, setting up hot and cold buffet items, ensuring fruits, breads, cereals, and bakery items remain well stocked.

·       Preparing hot beverages for guests as requested.

·       Cleaning the tables and resetting them as guests vacate.

·       Replenish the buffet area promptly to provide consistent supply throughout breakfast.

·       Ensuring any preparation of food is in line and adhered to Food Safety guidelines.

Requirement

·       Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is advantageous.

·       A friendly and professional approach to ensure guest satisfaction.

·       The ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

·       Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
