We are looking
for energetic and organised individuals with a passion for service excellence
to join our team as a Demi Chef de Partie.
As a Demi Chef de Partie you will:
- Be responsible for delivering outstanding dishes per the standards indicated by the Head Chef
- Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
- Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
- Assist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areas
Successful Demi Chef de Partie have:
- Excellent organisation skills
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
