Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will take responsibility for managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes. • Contribute ideas for menu development and continuous improvement where appropriate.

  • Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative working relationship with kitchen and Food & Beverage teams.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
