  • Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and minimise costs.
  • Assisting with financial monitoring to ensure budget targets are achieved.
  • Supporting team training and development initiatives.
Technology & Administration
Technology plays an important part in this role. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office applications, including:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
You'll use these tools to support daily operations, maintain records, analyse performance data, create reports and presentations, and communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues. Confidence in using digital systems and adapting to new technologies is essential.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is organised and able to follow procedures and best practices.
  • Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Can effectively supervise, motivate and support a team.
  • Has strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Is comfortable using technology and digital systems.
Ideally, you will already hold:
  • Food Safety Level 2
  • Health & Safety Level 2
While no other formal qualifications are required, you'll be encouraged to expand your knowledge through our training programmes and development opportunities.
At BM Caterers, we're committed to supporting both your personal and professional growth, helping you develop your skills and achieve your career goals.
