Marketing Manager

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help take our brand to the next level.

We are looking for:

  • A highly strategic individual with an understanding of the balance between brand equity and commercial results
  • Extensive knowledge of: Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Social media analytics tools, Word Press
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and eye for detail
  • Ability to produce reports and an excellent understanding of ROI.
  • A pro-active individual who is able to anticipate problems and think on their feet.
  • 5+ years in a hospitality marketing role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Proactive, independent, and a team player.
  • Confident in networking and building relationships with creators, influencers, and industry peers.
  • Commercially minded with a focus on achieving KPIs and demonstrating ROI.
Location & Flexibility:
  • Based in Central London with occasional travel outside of London, with opportunities to work from home 1-2 days a week.

Here’s what you’ll get up to:

Content & Communications:

  • Plan and execute engaging content across social media, newsletters, and the website to grow brand awareness.
  • Build and manage a network of influencers and content creators, ensuring they deliver on-brand, impactful content.
  • Handle daily community management on social media platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to create campaigns that align with brand goals and demonstrate ROI

New Openings:

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for new restaurant launches.
  • Coordinate efforts across social media (organic and paid), SEO, local partnerships, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze and report on the success of new openings three months post-launch.

Events:

  • Work with the Head of Brand to plan and execute special events (e.g., Carcass Club).
  • Set KPIs for events, focusing on sales, social media engagement, and press coverage.

General Marketing:

  • Keep the website, online listings, and image bank up to date.
  • Ensure menus (online and print) reflect seasonal changes and price updates.
  • Support internal teams by creating on-brand marketing materials when needed.
