What you’ll do:

• Coordinate daily operations by managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide supply chain updates to restaurant teams, including schedules, shortages, and key supplier information.
• Oversee system management, including recipe setup, GP calculations, and opening schedules.
• Monitor product quality and collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with beef scheduling, forecasting, and managing supplier communications.
• Drive process improvements and help implement new systems to enhance efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• A detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to manage supplier relationships and collaborate with teams.
• Experience in the restaurant industry and proficiency in Office 365, especially Excel.
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting the wider team in a fast-paced environment.
