We are looking for...

  • Previous experience in operations management within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and commercials
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Here's what you will get up to...

People:

  • Hold regular team /KPI reviews and meetings.
  • Spot and stay close to those in training to ensure we maximize their experience.
  • Monitor holiday pinch points, drive internal progression, and promote collaboration within your patch.
  • Develop clear plans. PDP's and SYS in place with your teams, engage with the Beef HQ for development support.

Beef!

  • Maintain high food scores and quality standards understanding.
  • Drive customer metrics to ensure we are delivering remarkable guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews.

Place:

  • Locations: Oversee the operational performance of up to 6 existing sites within London, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets and uphold the company's standards.
  • Conduct excellence reviews, audits, and regular walk rounds and monitor external audits, create action plans, and make sure site-level actions and recommendations are completed.
  • Monitor supplier and contract or performance.
  • In detail, the ambiance and setting are on point, cleanliness schedules, and audits are all to a high standard, and you follow up and feedback with your sites.

Business:

  • New Opening Support: Actively participate in and potentially lead the setup and launch of new locations
  • Through forecasting and understanding of the local area and events, supporting GMs with building community relationships.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and action plans.
  • Engage with support teams, monitor site par levels, and support community relationships.
  • Investigate performance anomalies and support action planning.
  • Support projects and effective launch initiatives through your restaurant teams
Work pattern: We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and understand that our managers need the freedom to provide exceptional experiences. Occasionally, you will support them, and this may include weekend and evening work
