We’re searching for a true Romana–style pizza chef—someone who knows that pizza isn’t just food, it’s culture, rhythm, and pride. This role is for a craftsperson who respects tradition, thrives under pressure, and believes a perfect slice should fold, drip just a little, and stop people mid-conversation.

What You’ll Do

• Hand-craft authentic Romana–style pizzas from dough to deck

• innovative tavern style bar snacks

• Protect the integrity of the slice—thin, crisp, chewy, and unforgettable

• Maintain a clean, disciplined, professional kitchen at all times

• Lead by example, setting the standard for quality and hustle

• Proven experience with Romana-style dough, sauce, and ovens, plus ability to push out epic small plates 

• A deep understanding and passion for the pizza scene.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and leadership in the kitchen
