About the role:

As a Team Member at The Foley, you'll be the face of the pub – welcoming guests with a smile, taking orders confidently, and delivering excellent service with genuine warmth. Whether it's pouring the perfect pint, recommending the right wine pairing, or going above and beyond to make someone’s day, your passion for hospitality will shine through.

What you'll be doing:

• Greeting guests warmly and making them feel at home from the moment they walk in

• Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately

• Running food and drinks to tables with flair and personality

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the pub floor and bar

• Upselling and recommending menu items with confidence

• Working as part of a tight-knit team to keep things running smoothly, even during busy shifts

• Taking pride in every part of the guest journey – from arrival to farewell

• A positive attitude and great communication skills

• A natural people person who thrives in a team environment

• Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun, and high-standard setting

• A willingness to learn and grow – no experience needed, just the right attitude!
