About this role…
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Conference & Events and our Food & Beverage teams as an Event Supervisor.
The
responsibilities of the Event Supervisor will be working closely within our
operational team to further enhance the customer experience across our food
and beverage outlets as well as our conference space. The role will involve
duty manager shifts and developing a knowledge of all departments, to be able to successfully ensure the running of the Willows Training Centre.
What we’re looking for…
- The ability to engage and motivate the team
- Excellent communication skills to all customers, including team members
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
- The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
- To be a visible presence on the floor and lead from the front to set an example
- The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in timely manner
