ABOUT THE ROLE:
Founders Table Restaurant Group (Chopt and Dos Toros) seek a Brand Designer to work on the Marketing team. This person will focus on visual design and creative ideation to ensure Chopt's and Dos Toros' tone and style are consistent across all platforms. A demonstrated ability to communicate the brands and their business objectives effectively through visual media is required. The ideal candidate will also have strong organizational skills as well as a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment across all print and digital media.

This person will focus on visual design and creative ideation to ensure Chopt's and Dos Toros' tone and style are consistent across all platforms. A demonstrated ability to communicate the brands and their business objectives effectively through visual media is required. The ideal candidate will also have strong organizational skills as well as a proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment across all print and digital media.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Create high-quality, compelling visual designs across various areas including in-store communications, digital assets, logos, user interfaces, and web design leveraging UX best practices.
- Participate in creative ideations to generate breakthrough ideas for the brand
- Collaborate with marketing team and agency partners to facilitate the production of materials
- Serve as the ultimate source of knowledge when it comes to our collateral
- Make people hungry for salad and burritos everywhere!
WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum of 3 years of design experience, bonus if you have experience with photography and/or art direction
- A self-starter with great time management skills and experience managing multiple projects at the same time
- A passion for solving business needs through design
- Ability to take direction and feedback from a range of stakeholders
- A thorough understanding of designing for digital platforms and expertise with Adobe
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Graphic Design or a similar major is preferred)
- An online portfolio will be required to apply for this role
- Passionate about healthy eating is a plus!
