We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter to be the leader of catering for Freebirds World Burrito. This role is a strategic leader responsible for driving catering sales, improving guest experience, and building community relationships. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for the job and able to employ unique marketing techniques.

More About the Position:

• Develop and lead execution of sales building strategy
• Manage and develop guest focused and growing catering sales team
• Select and maintain strong key vendor relationships (EZ Cater, Door Dash Drive, etc)
• Working closely with Operations, maintain network of catering focused restaurants, developing training and quality assurance tools
• Manage and regularly report on catering results
• Directly handle ad hoc VIP experiences
• Establish and regularly report on guest satisfaction metrics
• Drive marketing strategy (and budget)
• Recommend and maintain catering price and product strategy
• Establish and maintain key community partnerships
• Act as a spokesperson for the company
• Establish charitable relationship supported by all restaurants
• Lead digital strategy (e-commerce and loyalty engagement) for catering including photography, menu design, guest journey
• Regularly monitor and report on competitive landscape and ensure Freebirds always has a Best-in-Class positioning in competitive landscape
