Restaurant Experience Specialist


Description

Freebirds is hiring an Experience Specialist to support our Experience team. This position is responsible for supporting in restaurant operations, processes, and new restaurant openings. Travel will be required to our restaurants to audit, manage internal programs, and assist with various tasks.

 

We run on an EOS, where everyone is working towards the same goals. All positions focus on key quarterly objectives and accountabilities. The main accountabilities for this job are

1.    Supporting Restaurant Operations

2.    Analysis and reporting

3.    Supporting Training Material

 

The single most impactful metric this position will impact is to improve order accuracy.

Operations Support Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyzes data and builds reporting
  • Supports in the rollout of new programs/software
  • Completes audits of new restaurants before opening
  • Builds training modules for the tribe
  • Identifies areas of opportunity within current systems
  • Builds and maintains checklists
  • Supports managers, Regionals, and Directors in operations requests
  • Audits guest experience

 

Fleet Management Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring fleet drivers’ complete inspections
  • Responsible for insurance claims process (gathering info)


Competencies:

  • Proficient with Technology - Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and iOS
  • Restaurant Operations – Proven working experience in restaurant operations and hands-on experience
  • Data Understanding - Experience with analytics and data and can build visuals.
  • Problem-solving - the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
  • Communication - the individual communicates clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills, and active listing skills.
  • Quality management - the individual looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Planning/organizing - the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently, and develops realistic action plans.
  • Adaptability - the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction, and solicits feedback to improve performance.
