Outbound Sales Manager
It’s Your World at Freebirds World Burrito! Freebirds is seeking a rock star candidate to develop new catering sales business.
The Outbound Sales Manager is a member of the Catering Team focused on promoting catering sales. This individual must have an enthusiastic, engaging personality with a “can do” attitude to get the job done.
This position is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with compensation at 10% (uncapped) of all new business acquired. This position reports to the Director of Catering and may include nights and weekends.
What’s the gig?
· Work closely with the Director of Catering to create a lead generation plan and follow through on new business acquisition.
· Utilize ZoomInfo Intent and Engage to prospect, qualify, and convert leads.
· Complete weekly recaps of sales initiatives.

· Engaging attitude with strong interpersonal skills
· Willingness to multi-task on a regular basis
· Ability to work independently and professionally within established guidelines.
· Ability to read, write and speak English.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
