We're seeking an energetic Training General Manager to foster our unique, fun-loving environment while being a role model and providing on-going operational, standards, and procedural feedback. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Coach, manage, and train new restaurant managers
  • Manage, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding
  • Implement and facilitate comprehensive training program initiated for management employees
  • Support methods for evaluating and measuring training effectiveness
  • Effectively communicate to the training, operations, and HR leadership team to make sure the Freebirds message is consistent
  • Provide feedback and partner with training department to constantly improve processes 
  • Build and maintain a strong team culture- Your Vibe, attracts your Tribe!
  • Develops a team of high performers within restaurant that exhibit behaviors that represent high company standards
  • Delivers strong performance in areas of objective measures (Labor, COGS, Loyalty Engagement, Attachment Rate, Guest Feedback)

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience from a high-volume restaurant concept
  • 2+ years of experience training and developing GMs, AGMs, and other leadership team members
  • Must be effective at listening, communicating and evaluating manager trainees
  • Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • Must have valid state driver’s license and insurance
  • Able to stand and be active for extended periods which may be at least 8 hours per shift
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
