Stamford Bridge Hotel, at Chelsea Football Club is seeking a charming and engaging Receptionist with a passion for service excellence.
The Receptionist will be responsible for:
Giving our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression
Providing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities
Ensuring that the daily task list is completed effectively
Working collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
Taking initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner
To be successful in the role of Receptionist, we require:
Excellent guest engagement skills
An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly
The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
