ENTERTAINMENT MARKETING MANAGER
Full-Time
Dallas, TX or Nashville, TN
THIS ROLE
The Entertainment Marketing Manager will lead all live show marketing for The Food Hall Co. venues including Legacy Hall, Skydeck on Broadway, and Assembly Food Hall. This rockstar will be the primary contact for all entertainment marketing matters and will collaborate with our Entertainment and Marketing teams to effectively market and sell out shows!
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with Entertainment and Marketing teams to create integrated marketing plans for all live shows
· Coordinate all pre-sales and on-sale announces for live music events on our website, ticketing platform, and Facebook
· Write copy for all live show paid media advertisements
· Create and manage promotional budgets
· Draft quarterly performance reports
· Execute email marketing strategy for live shows
· Build and manage venue seating maps
· Gather necessary promotional content from agents/artists
· Create and schedule in-venue digital signage and pre-show advertisements
· Conduct competitor analysis reports
· Maintain an updated Announce List with show information and timelines
· Occasionally assist with show running duties
· Uphold brand standards across all show marketing efforts and event pages
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years of entertainment marketing experience
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, business administration, communications, or public relations
· Willing to work full time in Dallas, TX (preferred) or Nashville, TN
· Willing to travel between locations
· Excellent time management and communication skills
