Whether you’re new to hospitality or already have experience, we want you to feel comfortable being yourself and enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team.

What you’ll be doing

As our Night Porter, you’ll help keep The Bird running smoothly throughout the night.

You’ll:

• Welcome guests arriving or leaving during the night
• Support the Night Manager and the wider hotel team
• Help guests with questions and requests
• Carry out the nightly hotel audit
• Complete cleaning and general hotel duties
• Reset rooms and areas ready for the following day
• Help make sure everything is safe, organised and ready for the morning team

You’ll be one of the people our guests rely on overnight, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable and comfortable working independently.
