Position: Assistant Manager
Full Job Description: Fulton Alley is seeking an experienced and poised leader to help oversee the daily operations ensuring that quality service standards, financial performance, and team member development are achieved. The Assistant Manager leads by example and helps set the standard to achieve an incredible guest experience, outlined by the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Managing staff- Recruitment, on-boarding, training oversight, retainment, driving sales through work group preformance, scheduling shifts and managing labor.
· Ensuring quality- Overseeing food and beverage quality, venue appearance, gaming quality and guest experience.
· Financial responsibility- Understanding business’ financial principles (KPI’s), working to keep costs low through budgeting, inventory control and smart purchasing.
· Maintain operations- Ensure concept standards are followed and that the venue functions at a high level.
· Customer service- Leading by example by greeting & interacting with guests to validate & help enhance the work group delivery on the guest journey.
· Event & Client Management- Ensure all day of events are staged, staff and product are prepared to execute, client is greeted and all questions are answered, manage replenishment of food and beverage during the duration of the event, ensure the event space is clean and maintained during the event, check in with client periodically during the event, ensure all tabs are closed out accurately, invoices are updated correctly and event actuals are tracked properly.
