Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of bourbon, enjoys crafting creative cocktails, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role requires flexibility, as shifts primarily occur in the evenings and during special events.

Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality cocktails with an emphasis on bourbon-based drinks

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Educate guests on our bourbon selections and make recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Assist with inventory management and restocking

• Work efficiently during high-volume nights and private events

• Follow all alcohol service regulations and safety procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years of bartending experience (bourbon knowledge preferred)

• Strong mixology skills and ability to create signature cocktails

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and event-based shifts

• Reliable, responsible, and a team player

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
