Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Host & Guest Relations position located at Fulton Alley in New Orleans, LA. We are seeking a personable, detail-oriented Guest Relations & Event Lead to join our vibrant team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for private and corporate events
  • Manage day-of event execution, including setup, team coordination, and guest services
  • Communicate directly with clients to ensure seamless and memorable events
  • Collaborate closely with management and service teams to maintain Fulton Alley's brand standards

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hosting, event coordination, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
  • Availability on nights and weekends is required
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fulton Alley’s grooming and dress standards at all times
