Description
Our Doorman / Security team member serves as the primary point of contact and first line of defense for our venue. The role is a unique hybrid of hospitality and security, requiring a balance between a welcoming demeanor and constant vigilance. 

Core Responsibilities
  • Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized  guests enter the premises. 
  • Guest Services: Greet people professionally, open doors, check i.d.'s
  • Security Monitoring: Stop outside food & beverage, report suspicious activity to management, and conduct regular patrols of the lobby and perimeter.
  • Safety & Emergency Response: Enforce fire safety protocols and manage evacuations if necessary.
  • Conflict Resolution: Diffuse confrontations, manage loiterers, and handle unruly behavior with professionalism and discretion. 
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service abilities are vital.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long shifts and lift items up to 50 lbs.
  • Vigilance: Keen observational skills to identify potential security threats or issues.
