Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Will oversee line-level kitchen team and service
  • Will be partially responsible to purchase, prep, assure quality standards, cleanliness, training, cooking, presentation, and portion control of all back of house functions
  • Ownership of any banquet or catering food production
  • Will take on added responsibilities in the absence of the Executive Kitchen Manager
  • Directs and leads all line-level kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance feedback, and accountability
 Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of kitchen management experience or senior/lead line cook experience in a full-service casual restaurant
  • Communication skills both written & verbal
  • Culinary skillset, management ability, work ethic a must
  • Experience w/ banquet or catering food production
  • Hands-on scratch kitchen experience preferred
