Building on the success of our restaurant launch in 2020, we are embarking on an exciting journey to relaunch this venue as the number one destination for all-day dining and late night drinks. Featuring a diverse menu that ranges from brunch to steaks, Neapolitan style pizza, mouthwatering burgers and delightful poke bowls, alongside 2-4-1 cocktails, craft beers and our legendary bottomless fries. We’ve ensured there's something for every palette. Our already solid city reputation is only going to get better!

Positioned within a specific station or stations, this chef is a specialist, responsible for a designated set of dishes or cooking tasks. Their role is pivotal in ensuring efficient kitchen operations and delivering high-quality, consistent dishes.

Experience in commercial kitchens is essential, we’re also looking for:
