Sommelier MGMT

Gato...Bobby Flay's newest Manhattan restaurant is currently accepting resumes for a Part Time Sommelier or a full time Sommelier / server position in which the right candidate would split their week working between both positions. Prior Sommelier experience or CMS / ASA certification required.

Qualified candidates will possess 2 to 3 years experience in a comparable fast paced, fine dining environment. Prerequisites include great service skills, great hospitality sensibilities as well as a comprehensive knowledge of food, wine and spirits. All candidates must be passionate about being in the hospitality industry and have the desire to work for a company that is focused on exceeding the expectations of our guests in a New York Times 2 star reviewed restaurant.
