Position Summary:
At Walk-On’s, we live by our values — Culture, Energy, and Teamwork. The Key Holder plays a vital role in supporting our management team by leading shifts, motivating teammates, and making sure every guest leaves saying “Wow!” This position acts as the shift leader when managers are unavailable and is trusted with access to the building, cash handling, and ensuring all opening and closing duties are executed to Walk-On’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and/or close the restaurant following Walk-On’s operational checklists.

  • Lead the team during shifts, ensuring smooth service and positive guest experiences.

  • Support front- and back-of-house team members with guidance, communication, and encouragement.

  • Maintain our Walk-On’s standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.

  • Handle cash drawers, safe counts, and deposits accurately and securely.

  • Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements.

  • Assist with training, coaching, and developing new teammates.

  • Communicate shift updates, guest feedback, and operational needs to the management team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred).

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first attitude.

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering “Game Day Every Day” energy.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Must be 18+ with flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
