FRONT OF HOUSE NIGHT CREW
We are looking for an experienced Night Crew who will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of service to all customers during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay. If you are motivated, organised, a people person through and through and have a genuine desire to be part of something big then your journey should start here. ABOUT GENERATOR LONDON
Generator London is a short stroll from Covent Garden, Regents Park and the British Museum. When crafting this hostel we redesigned this old police station to reflect the city’s street life. Local reclaimed timber, exposed brickwork and hot-rolled black steel give the hostel an industrial feel.
Bold graphics, vibrant patterns and famous British cultural icons combine to capture London's cosmopolitan vibe. Make sure you catch the classic red bus that’s parked next to our bar’s dance floor every night. Don’t be late, London’s calling.
NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Conscientiously answer questions and assist our guests in the Generator way.
- Inform and serve/sell guests what’s available in our café and travel shop
- Be responsible for all cash handling whilst you are on duty.
- Ensure everything is in order for a smooth handover to day team.
- To produce accurate and timely reports and correctly handle all cash transactions.
- Assist in keeping the hostel reception area clean and tidy, at all times
- Support security within hostel to ensure our guests are safe and sound
- Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. Other duties as may be reasonably required will form part of this job description.

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Like getting your hands dirty, wherever, whenever, because you will
- Be an excellent communicator
- Available to work when needed
- Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & fast paced environment
- You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this role
YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE
- Experience working within the hospitality/service industry
- Appropriate experience gained in all main tasks
