This is a role for someone who leads from the front, builds confidence in their team and takes real ownership of the business. You'll work alongside the management team to drive performance, develop future leaders, create an incredible atmosphere and ensure every guest leaves wanting to return.

Whether it's leading a packed Saturday night, delivering a flawless event, coaching a new team member or finding ways to improve the guest journey, you'll be a key part of what makes The George special.
