We now have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Assistant (Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant) to join our team, working across both day and evening shifts.

In this role, you will support the smooth running of our catering service by ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times. You will work scheduled shifts between 07:00–14:00 and 19:00–01:30, providing flexible and reliable support across the operation.

• Monitor counters and chillers to ensure they’re clean, well-stocked, and presented in line with our Six Principles.
• Regularly check restaurant and service areas, maintaining consistently high levels of cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail.
• Listen carefully and follow instructions from your manager, providing prompt and efficient service at all times.
• Communicate confidently with customers, gathering feedback and responding to their needs to ensure every customer enjoys a positive experience.
• Follow all procedures, demonstrating excellent food safety practices at all times.

• Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
• Experience working in a customer service environment.
• Strong merchandising skills and till experience.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well across varying shift patterns.
