Gordon Ramsay North America is adding a Purchasing Manager to our growing team. This position will be remote. This position will oversee and execute administrative tasks within the Supply Chain Department, including but not limited to vendor setup and management, managing out of stocks, tracking inventory levels, LTO management, logistics, order guide builds and broadline distribution support.
This person will report to the VP, Supply Chain and perform job duties including but not limited to: managing implementation of new contracts, contract renewals, invoice auditing and financial reporting as needed. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional departments and work with broadline distributor partners on SKU rationalization, order guide compliance, cost saving opportunities and at-risk items. This person will support and manage all new restaurant openings and ensure vendor adherence to GRNA product specifications. In addition, this individual will adhere to annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and support restaurant operations through various operational enhancements and product improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of hospitality procurement contract management, sourcing, and supplier relationship management experience. Bachelor's Degree in business or applicable field is preferred. This person will be service-oriented with excellent customer service and critical thinking skills. Must be able to execute high level analytical and organizational skills, exceptional time management, and have intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office with the ability to work in a high growth/fast-paced environment.
