We are seeking a Reservations & Guest Services Coordinator to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for guests booking at our collection of restaurants. This hybrid role provides a seamless reservation process while delivering an exceptional guest experience from the very first interaction.

Job Summary:
The Reservations Executive is responsible for managing all guest reservations efficiently and professionally. They serve as the first point of contact for guests making bookings, ensuring a seamless reservation experience, providing accurate information, and coordinating with the service team to meet guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage all reservation inquiries via phone, email, online booking platforms, and in person with accuracy and professionalism

·         Maintain and update reservation records and the booking calendar

·         Provide guests with information about menus, services, events, and policies

·         Manage changes, cancellations, and special arrangements with professionalism

·         Collaborate with the front of house and service teams to ensure reservation accuracy and guest satisfaction

·         Address guest concerns or complaints related to reservations with tact and efficiency

Qualifications:

·         Previous experience in reservations, guest services, or hospitality preferred

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities

·         Proficiency in reservation management software

·         Professional appearance and demeanour

·         Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations gracefully

Skills & Attributes:

·         Guest with a friendly, approachable attitude

·         Attention to detail and accuracy

·         Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations team

·         Ability to work the required Wednesday–Sunday schedule
