THE POSITION
Crew is seeking Assistant General Managers with significant high volume restaurant operations experience.

OUR COMPANY

JOB OVERVIEW
Assistant General Managers are ambassadors to our community and ultimately responsible for ensuring elevated levels of customer service. They are charged with assisting the General Manager with day to day oversight of all FOH and BOH operations. The Assistant Manager is a role model, leader and problem solver, who can make informed decisions and manage the workforce in a timely and thoughtful manner. 


Specific responsibilities: 
  • Assisting the General Manager in all facets including staff training, support and leadership; labor management
  • Assist in preparing schedule and ensure appropriate staffing for each shift
  • Upholding and improving upon our excellence level of hospitality; 
  • Ensuring top quality of overall guest experience; 
  • Food & beverage quality control
  • Enforce compliance standards established by the NYC Department of Health
