Description
Great Performances, NYC's premier catering and hospitality company is currently seeking a highly skilled, NYC-experienced, professional Host/Reservationist for the iconic Dizzy's Jazz Club.
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience
Host experience in a performing arts/theater setting is highly desired
POS experience
Multitasker
Professional attire and demeanor
Ability to work with a team
Genuine Hospitality and professionalism
3-5 day flexibility, morning and night
Hosts should be warm and hospitable in nature in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities under this position include, but not limited to:
- answering a telephone of 6 lines, voicemails, etc.
- warmly greeting and seating guests
- coat check
- printing menus and changing weekly specials
- creating morning/evening reports
- setting the room for opening/closing
Flexible shifts are available, including nights and weekends.
Must be able to provide valid documentation that permits you to legally work in the United States.
