Description
Grind is a hospitality company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and café-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.
We are looking for floor staff who are interested in the hospitality industry and starting or progressing their career. The atmosphere in Grind is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality service. As a GRIND floor staff member, you will be quick on your feet, confident in delivering our GRIND steps of service and don't mind getting your hands dirty!
Skills Required:
- Ability to work well under pressure and use initiative
- Possess strong communication skills to enable effective dialogue with colleagues and customers
- Ability to problem solve and escalate complaints accordingly
- Dedicated team-player, who strives for excellence and leads by example
- Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
