- About the Role
- Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors and staff, whilst maintaining a professional image.
- Ensure compliance with Health Safety policies, legal requirements, and company procedure and licensing requirements
- Report thefts, criminal offences, and any incidents of concern to the duty manager.
- Identify and remove undesirables or non-guests posing a threat to our guests and team safety
- Conduct security checks
- Greet all guests with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Provide assistance with luggage, directions, and any special requests.
- Monitor the entrance and surrounding area, ensuring guest safety and property security.
- Liaise with the duty manager and host to coordinate guest services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the entrance area, creating a pristine first impression.
- Friendly, approachable, and hardworking with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the guest experience.
- Monitor the customer presence on the street to ensure we comply with our licence’s restrictions at all times.
- Collect Glasses to keep all areas of the business clean and tidy
- What We’re Looking For
- A person who naturally goes above and beyond to create unforgettable guest experiences.
- Passion to deliver excellent service
- Confidence in talking to guests in a professional manner
- Previous experience preferable
