Description
Come join The Halal Guys, the leader (and pioneer) of American Halal Food. Launched 30 years ago as a halal street cart on 53rd & 6th in New York City, our beloved and iconic fast casual brand now boasts 94 restaurants on three continents – with over 400 in development worldwide. In full growth mode, we have just launched a search for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Corporate headquarters in NYC.

Summary of Position:
The Digital Marketing Manager’s primary objective is to lead all digital initiatives for the brand, reporting to our VP of Marketing and on Development matters, to our Chief Development Officer. With your broad digital knowledge and creativity, you will take the lead on managing digital campaigns that promote The Halal Guys brand, products, and services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, search, and display advertising campaigns.
o Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
o Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
o Devise, alongside a Marketing Associate, Corporate’s monthly social media calendar, and assist with franchisees’ social media requests, as needed.
• Manage daily changes to website (WordPress), create landing pages alongside Design team, update all aspects of site including our e-commerce SHOP page, as needed. Devise ways to optimize UX.
o Oversee Marketing Associate in issuing monthly website review (Google Analytics).
o Design, build, and maintain The Halal Guys’ social media presence, with the assistance of a Marketing Associate.
o Create weekly social media schedule following The Halal Guys’ proprietary Brand Voice/Tone & Manner Guidelines.
o Engage frequently with The Halal Guys’ customers across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, You Tube, and eventually Tik Tok)
o Oversee Marketing Associate in issuing Monthly Social Media review.
• Spearhead all customer review platforms and issue daily Customer Review Reports.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Collaborate with The Halal Guys’ Development department on Rewards app and Gift Cards.
• Collaborate with franchisees, agencies, and other vendor partners, as needed.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and how they could improve Marketing department’s functioning; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption, where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Development teams on other projects, as needed.

Job Type: Full time
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from a nationally recognized institution

Skills:
• 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Top-notch analytical acumen
• Skilled with Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, SurveyMonkey, email marketing platforms, and implementing paid social media and Google search ad campaigns
• Sound knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok
• Fluent in Google Analytics and WordPress; HTML a plus.
• Enthusiastic, hard-working team player who wants to be part of a unique, global restaurant group in full growth mode.
• Restaurant/hospitality experience a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms a plus.
• Familiarity with customer feedback platforms (Chatmeter) and rewards apps (Punchh) a plus.
Pay: Commensurate with experience
