Harbour Hotels is looking for a mid-level creative designer to join the central head office marketing team, assisting on everything from idea generation, artworking and social asset creation to assisting with shoots, visualising campaigns and helping building the Harbour Hotel brand.

Harbour Hotels is a leading lifestyle hotel brand. Our portfolio spans 14 sensational coastal, country and city locations with a variety of exciting restaurant concepts and our unique HarSPA brand.

Your key roles and responsibilities:

• Produce high quality, creative design work, in line with the Harbour brand guidelines
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Support Creative Manager with creative design projects
• Work with our Social Team to design engaging social media assets and content, in particular artwork, ads, video & reels
• Creating design templates for hotel teams to use
• Presenting design concepts and mock-ups to stakeholders for review, feedback, and approval
• Work on hotel design briefs, questioning the brief if something doesn’t seem right from graphic design through to print and production.
• Help generate ideas for marketing campaigns
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
• Remain at the forefront of all relevant software and keep skills up to date
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications 

 Skills required:

• Mid-level creative designer with at least two years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in creative design work for a luxury lifestyle brand preferred
• Ability to work under pressure with fast turnarounds, tight deadlines and changing priorities
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Great understanding of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects (or equivalent), InDesign and Premier Pro
