The Role...

As Head of People you will lead the people function ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing and implementing HR strategies and act as a business partner to senior management and point of escalation for the group. 

From attraction to development to exit, working with the business to develop high levels of employee engagement and accountability, to improve retention and promote Harbour Hotels as a desirable place to work. 

As a member of the Executive Team, reporting into the CEO,  the ideal candidate will be an established HR generalist, confident in managing a variety of stakeholders across a multi-site group. 

You will be dynamic, attentive and ready to hit the ground running with a background as a Senior HR Manager or Head of People. 

The role will require frequent travel across the group, with a minimum 1 day per week based from the Head Office in Purewell, Christchurch. The ideal candidate would be located in the South/South East, open to be based from Christchurch, Southampton or Guildford.
