What We’re Looking For – Front of House Team Leader

• You’re confident, organised, and love to lead from the front
• You’ve got a solid background in restaurants or premium pubs
• You thrive under pressure and know how to keep the vibe alive
• You’ve got strong communication and decision-making skills
• You’re passionate about food, drinks, and exceptional guest service
• You’re 18+ and eligible to work in the UK

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, inspire and energise the team every shift
• Run the floor like a pro – from briefings to service and beyond
• Deliver flawless guest experiences and solve challenges with style
• Help train, coach, and develop team members to be their best
• Drive upselling and promotions with confidence
• Coordinate reservations, manage seating, and handle any guest queries with charm
• Ensure cash, stock and safety procedures are always on point
• Be the right hand to our management team – bringing ideas, energy, and solutions
