Previous supervisory experience in hospitality
Right to work in the UK
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Innovative, reliable, and fair-minded
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a consistently premium guest experience across every shift
Oversee food & beverage operations, ensuring high standards and quality
Achieve KPIs and financial targets to drive business success
Lead recruitment, training, and development of your team
Maintain stock control, inventory, and cost management
Drive business growth through exceptional, high-energy service
Manage opening and closing operations with precision
About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Harper’s Swanwick, leading a passionate team while delivering an unforgettable experience for every guest. You’ll still be hands-on on the floor, but you’ll also oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.
Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll gain invaluable insight into running a premium hospitality business, develop your leadership and management skills, and progress your career toward senior roles within the company.
