Assistant Manager – Harper’s Steakhouse Swanwick

Set in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, Harper’s Steakhouse Swanwick is a vibrant, premium dining destination where energy, quality, and atmosphere come together.   • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing others

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently premium guest experience across every shift

  • Oversee food & beverage operations, ensuring high standards and quality

  • Achieve KPIs and financial targets to drive business success

  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of your team

  • Maintain stock control, inventory, and cost management

  • Drive business growth through exceptional, high-energy service

  • Manage opening and closing operations with precision


About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Harper’s Swanwick, leading a passionate team while delivering an unforgettable experience for every guest. You’ll still be hands-on on the floor, but you’ll also oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the venue.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll gain invaluable insight into running a premium hospitality business, develop your leadership and management skills, and progress your career toward senior roles within the company.
